Privacy policy

What we collect

• Request form. Name, contact (Telegram, email or phone), company, vertical, GEO, payment methods, volumes, current provider and your comment — only what you enter yourself.
• Visit analytics. Page, time on page, scroll depth, device type, browser, language, country (derived from the IP address, which is not stored), referring site and campaign tags (utm). Actions on the page: filters, country clicks, catalog search, opening and submitting the form.

No cookies, no tracking IDs

The site sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. Unique visitors are counted with a hash that uses a random salt deleted after 24–48 hours, so visits on different days cannot be linked to each other or to an IP. Your browser keeps only the first source of your visit (referrer, utm, landing page) for 30 days in local storage, so it can be attached to your request.

• to contact you and prepare a shortlist of payment solutions;
• to understand which channels and pages are useful and improve the website.

Who has access

Agency staff working with requests in the internal CRM. Requests may be analyzed by AI services; personal identifiers are masked before any text is sent to a model. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Retention

Request data is kept while we work with you and deleted on request. Visit analytics is deleted after 13 months.

You can ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent — write to us via the request form on the website, marked “Personal data”.
